- Product Replacement: If there’s an issue with a product, you can replace it within 2 days, provided it’s in its original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are refunded for defective or damaged items only.
- Limitation of Liability: We’re not liable for damages resulting from website usage or product use, including indirect or consequential damages.
- Governing Law: This Agreement follows Pakistani laws, and any disputes will be resolved in Pakistani consumer courts.
- Changes to the Agreement: We retain the right to amend this Agreement, and your continued use of the website after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.
Cash On Delivery Policy
Our cash on delivery system has clear steps that ensure safety for both buyers and sellers. To confirm an order, a 10% to 20% advance payment is required, safeguarding us against fake orders. Due to the high value of our products, delays caused by fraudulent orders have long-term repercussions that our company cannot tolerate.
Warranty Claim Policy
We strive to offer the best online shopping experience in Pakistan, which is why our warranty policies are user-friendly.
- For devices under valid warranty, the estimated claim time is 3 to 5 days upon receiving the device.
- Shipping charges for the device reaching us will be paid by the customer. However, for the replaced device shipped back to the customer, we cover the shipping charges.
Out-of-Stock / Payment Refund Policy
We make every effort to keep our stock updated on the website. However, if we face limited stock but receive more orders than available, we’ll refund the payment you made to confirm your order. Alternatively, you can opt to purchase a different device. Please note, the refund process typically takes around 2-3 days.
